| THE MIDWEST PACIFIC ISLANDER CAMPOUT & LU'AU | August 27-28-29, 2010
Edwards YMCA Camp and Retreat Center, on the shores of Lake Beulah, offers the serenity of a quiet, rural place amidst marshlands, pine forest, prairies and wooded dells. Camp the weekend or come just for the day!
Wow! It looks like there will be an actual Kalua Pig. They're putting the pig in the imu at 5 a.m. Then there will be canoeing, archery, wall climbing, swimming, live entertainment, the kids going dance hula (of course), Filipino martial arts, then more stuff, then the pig comes out of the imu at 4:30 p.m. If it was up to me, I would volunteer to pull the pig apart, so I could get full before I got full.
NEW THIS YEAR! Cultural demonstrations and workshops Hawaiian Flag Quilt and Pillow Sham Raffle Pre-oder Camp/Lu'au Logo T-shirts
